摘要： A punch press includes plural dies and plural punches, and punches a work by a punch and a die that are set at a work position. The punch press includes a lifter for lifting the die to be set at the work position up to a path line of the work, a die-support member movably provided on a die-side of the lifter, and a die supporter provided on the die-support member for supporting the die set at the work position in a state where the die has been selectively lifted up to the path line by the lifter. According to the punch press, contacts between a work and dies while conveying the work can be prevented.

The upper and lower buffer turrets are rotatably attached to a single rotary shaft. A diameter of the lower buffer turret is made larger than a diameter of the upper buffer turret. The die attachment holes are formed in a circular die attachment area having a diameter larger than the diameter of the upper buffer turret. According to the apparatus, a tool exchange manually operated by an operator can be done easily and efficiently.

摘要： A tool attachment unit includes a power feeding electrode and a plurality of detection electrodes. When a tool including a power receiving electrode and a displacement electrode is attached onto the tool attachment unit, the power feeding electrode and the power receiving electrode are opposed to each other, and the detection electrode and the displacement electrode are opposed to each other. A pair of the power feeding electrode and the power receiving electrode and a pair of the detection electrode and the displacement electrode form a capacitor circuit. A capacity of the capacitor circuit is changed in response to a position of the tool. A tool position detection unit supplies a power feeding signal to the power feeding electrode. A voltage information extractor extracts voltage information from the detection electrode. Based on the extracted voltage information, a position detection/arithmetic operation unit detects to which position the tool is attached.

The second measurement portion includes the main unit, and a second coupling portion different from the first coupling portion coupling the main unit with the second guide rail. The ATC device and the measurement portions can be made coexistent and the main units of the measurement portions can be made identical to each other.

摘要： An upper die is removable in an up-down direction with respect to an upper die mounting groove that is arranged in a left-right direction at a lower part of an upper table of a press brake. The upper die includes a stop piece having a stop projection that is engageable with a stop groove that is formed in the left-right direction in each of upper die contact faces which face each other in a front-rear direction, the stop piece being movable out of and into a surface of the upper die and pushed in a direction to project out of the surface of the upper die. A bottom face of the stop projection for engaging with the stop groove is an inclined face that rises toward a front end of the stop projection.
