摘要： A process for permanently imaging data on lottery tickets and the like which comprises of steps of; providing an ink receptive, non-shrinking resinous coating on a webbed coupon substrate and heat curing the same, applying to the ink receptive resinous coating, imaging data by an ink jet printer using a sublimable dye, drying the dye, applying an ultraviolet curable resinous coating over the dye, coating the ultraviolet curable resinous coating by ultraviolet light and further heating the substrate between 275.degree. Fahrenheit and 400.degree. Fahrenheit thereby causing the dye to permanently sublime into the ink receptive resinous coating and the ultraviolet curable resinous coating.

摘要： A machine for mixing and cooling batches of dry powder ingredients and water comprising, a horizontal mixing cylinder open at one end and having a rotary mixer in the cylinder. Refrigerating mechanism is provided for cooling the walls of the cylinder and for maintaining the mixing cylinder temperature in a range below 45.degree. F. and above 32.degree. F., a door for closing said one end of the cylinder. The mixing cylinder has a dry powder ingredient inlet passage extending through the cylindrical side wall at the top of the cylinder at a location spaced from said one end. The door has a mix dispensing outlet communicating with the lower portion of the cylinder and a dispensing valve for controlling flow through the dispensing outlet and the door has a water inlet communicating with the upper portion of the cylinder and a funnel at the outside of the door extending upwardly to a level above the cylinder. The door is formed of a transparent plastic material and has liquid level graduations thereon correlated with the volume at different levels in the cylinder, and water supply means including a selectively operable water control valve is provided on the machine above the door with a water delivery outlet at a location to deliver water to said funnel on the door when the water control valve is opened.

摘要： A puffable food composition is provided by extruding a mixture of ground animal parts and starch whereby the mixture is at least partially gelatinized during extrusion into a shape-sustaining form. The form is puffed either at the die of the extruder, or in subsequent hot oil frying, or both. With added flavoring, the puffed composition has the taste, texture and mouth feel of fried pork skins. The process accommodates a wide variety of animal parts without the necessity of substantial changes in the process parameters.
