    摘要: A container comprises a container body, a rearward lid component, a forward lid component and a handle. The container body has a bottom, first and second side walls extending upwardly from the bottom, and first and second end walls extending upwardly from the bottom. The side walls and end walls define a mouth of the container. The rearward lid component is adapted for covering a rearward portion of the mouth. The forward lid component is hingedly attached to the rearward lid component by a first hinge assembly for pivoting movement of the forward lid component relative to the rearward lid component about a first hinge axis. The forward lid component is adapted for covering a forward portion of the mouth. The handle is connected to the first end wall of the container body adjacent the mouth of the container. The handle extends generally along a handle axis. The rearward lid component is hingedly attached to the handle by a second hinge assembly for pivoting movement of the rearward lid component relative to the container body about a second hinge axis.

    摘要: A liquid dispenser comprising a dispenser body and a valve housing. The dispenser body has a pump mechanism, an intake port adapted for fluid communication with a source of liquid, and an intake liquid flow path providing fluid communication between the intake port and the pump mechanism. The dispenser body further comprises a discharge conduit and a discharge liquid flow path providing fluid communication between the pump mechanism and discharge conduit. The discharge conduit has a downstream end through which dispensed liquid exits the discharge conduit. The valve housing has first and second portions, a fluid passageway within the first and second portions, and a discharge port in the second portion and in fluid communication with the fluid passageway. The first portion of the valve housing is attached to the dispenser body adjacent the downstream end of the discharge conduit so that the passageway of the valve housing is in fluid communication with the discharge conduit. The liquid dispenser further includes a check valve positioned in the passageway of the valve housing. The check valve is moveable between a closed position for blocking fluid flow between the pump mechanism and discharge port and an open position for permitting fluid flow.

    摘要: The construction of a nozzle head for a trigger sprayer apparatus and the constructions of several variant embodiments of fluid spinners that are assembled into the nozzle head facilitate the assembly of the spinners into the nozzle head with fluid swirl chambers of the spinners centered relative to a fluid discharge orifice of the nozzle head. The swirl chamber of each spinner assembly is surrounded by an annular wall and the end face of the annular wall engages against a flat orifice wall surrounding the sprayer discharge orifice thereby sealing the swirl chamber around the orifice. Tangential grooves through the annular wall provide the only path of fluid flow into the swirl chamber.
