摘要: An exhaust gas muffler, for an exhaust system of an internal combustion engine, includes a muffler housing (12) with a circumferential wall (14) elongated in a housing axis (L) direction and with an end wall (20, 22) at each axial end area (16, 18). Two exhaust gas pipe holding openings (44, 46) are provided in the circumferential wall (14) with an exhaust gas pipe (40) fixed to the circumferential wall (14) in an area of each exhaust gas pipe holding opening (44, 46) and open towards a housing interior (24). The exhaust gas pipe (40) is preferably closed at one end area (54) by a closing element (58). The exhaust gas pipe (40) has at least one exhaust gas passage opening (66) in a length area (64) extending between the two exhaust gas pipe holding openings (44, 46).

摘要: A muffler for an exhaust system of an internal combustion engine, especially for vehicles with hybrid drive, includes a muffler housing (12), a heat exchanger unit (48), arranged in the muffler housing (12), for transferring heat from combustion exhaust gas to a heat transfer medium, an inlet pipe (38), a first outlet pipe (52) and a second outlet pipe (40). A first exhaust gas flow path (54), in the muffler housing, routs exhaust gas through the heat exchanger unit (48) to the first outlet pipe (52). A second exhaust gas flow path (56), in the muffler housing, routs exhaust gas to a second outlet pipe (40), bypassing the heat exchanger unit (48). A flow path blocking/releasing device (58) for blocking and releasing at least one exhaust gas flow path (54, 56), of the first exhaust gas flow path (54) and of the second exhaust gas flow path (56).

摘要: A reactant release arrangement for an exhaust gas stream of an internal combustion engine has an exhaust gas guide element (12) with an exhaust gas flow duct (13). A reactant release body (14) extends into the exhaust gas flow duct (13) and has a reactant-receiving volume (20) with a wall inner surface (32) and a wall outer surface (18) of a body wall (16) that is open to the exhaust gas flow duct (13) via at least one passage opening (44, 46). Exhaust gas (G) flowing in the exhaust gas flow duct (13) flows around the reactant release body (14) at a wall outer surface (18) of the body wall (16). A reactant release unit (22) releases reagent (M) into the reactant-receiving volume (20). A heating device (38) is associated with an area of the inner surface (32) of the body wall (16) and heats the reactant release body (14).

摘要: A support unit for supporting an exhaust system of a vehicle includes a first connecting element (26), a second connecting element (28) and at least one coupling element (30) coupling the first connecting element with the second connecting element. A first coupling element passage opening (38) is provided in the first connecting element and a second coupling element passage opening (40) is provided in the second connecting element. The coupling element passes through the first coupling element passage opening (38) and the second coupling element passage opening. A coupling element clamping area is provided in a first longitudinal area (L1) of at least one first coupling element passage opening and a coupling element clamping release area (44) is provided in a second longitudinal area (L2) of this first coupling element passage opening. The coupling element clamping area has a greater thickness than the coupling element clamping release area.
