Abstract:
The invention relates to an insulated container for hot drinks or the like comprising an inner cup having a generally frusto-conical cup body and a generally frusto-conical outer shell. The cup is seated within the shell so that a contact path is disposed near the upper edge of the shell, along which contact path the outer surface of the cup body and inner surface of the shell are in contact. At least one bonding spot and/or bonding area for bonding said shell to said cup body is locally formed within said contact path.
Abstract:
Device (1) for producing a stacking projection (2) on the inner side (3) of a container wall (4) comprises a splaying mandrel (5) and a support ring (S) open at the top. Those are movable relative to one another between a standby position (7) and a deformation position (8). The splaying mandrel comprises at least in some places a retaining indentation (9) running externally circumferentially and the support ring comprises at least in some places a notch projection (10) running internally circumferentially. Through the interaction of those indentation and projection in the deformation position the stacking projection can be produced, wherein in the deformation a gap width (11) between in particular the retaining indentation and the notch projection in a border section (12) of the circumference is greater than the gap width (13) between the other circumferential sections (14). The corresponding container (33) comprises an inner wall (34) and an outer wall (35), in each case narrowing conically downwards The walls are at least joined together at the upper edge (36) of the container, wherein on the inner side (53) of the inner wall a denesting means (40), protruding inwards, is formed as a stacking projection. On that, another container when inserted in the container is supported. A distance between said stacking projection and the bottom (46) of the projection, is at least slightly larger than a distance between said bottom and a potential contact starting point at which the outer container when inserted in the inner container starts to contact the inner side of the inner wall of the inner container.
Abstract:
The present invention refers to a multi-layered package, and particularly to a container including a container opening and a container bottom. Preferably, at least one outer wall includes a predetermined removable wall section, revealing an information. The feature of the package according to the present invention is that the package is formed with at least one inner wall and one outer wall. The outer wall includes a removable card that is part of the outer wall.

Preferably, at least one outer wall includes a predetermined removable wall section, revealing an information. The feature of the package according to the present invention is that the package is formed with at least one inner wall and one outer wall. Thereby, the wall section is as part of the outer wall a removable card.
Abstract:
A container for receiving foodstuff or dried beverages comprising a surrounding container wall, an upper container opening and a bottom part opposite to the container opening and connected to a lower end section of the container wall, wherein the bottom part includes an essentially flat bottom section and an abutment flange which protrudes at least in some locations from the bottom section in the direction of the container opening, and the lower end section of the container wall includes a support ring protruding radially inwards from the end section. The bottom part and the lower end section is connected between the abutment flange, an inner side of the container wall, and between the lower side of the bottom section and an upper side of the support ring.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a double-walled cup (1) which comprises an inner and an outer wall as well as a cup opening on its upper end and a bottom part on its lower end. The outer wall is substantially produced from paper, cardboard or the like. The object of the invention is to improve said double-walled cup (1) in such a manner that it can be more rapidly and simply produced and assembled and to reduce the structural stability of the double-walled cup while maintaining its corresponding thermal insulating properties. For this purpose, the inner cup providing the inner wall is inserted into the outer cup (3) providing the outer wall and is secured therein or thereto in an especially detachable manner. The inner cup (2) is produced from an at least fluid-tight plastic material.
Abstract:
A tool for pressing lower rim section of a receptacle wall and a receptacle bottom comprises an inner tool part and an outer tool part. The outer tool part essentially surrounds the receptacle at its lower end. The inner tool part comprises tool segments that are moveable relative to the outer tool part between a retracted and a pressing position, wherein in the pressing position the lower rim sections are pressed together by opposed pressing surfaces of outer tool part and inner tool part. To avoid any contamination of the pressing surfaces and also delamination of the lower rim section of the receptacle, at least one groove is formed in the pressing surface of the tool segment and/or of the outer tool part.
Abstract:
A container (1) for the transport of a foodstuff comprises an upper and a lower container half (2, 3) which are interconnected for pivoting between a closed and an open position (4). Each container half comprises a flat bottom and/or cover wall (5, 6), from which side walls (7, 8, 9, 10) extend essentially obliquely upwards or downwards and outwards to the respective other container half (2, 3). In order to improve the thermal insulation with containers of this nature and at the same time to achieve increased stability, in particular with containers made from paper, cardboard or the like, the bottom and/or cover wall (5, 6) is formed double-walled at least in places. A one-part blank (40) is provided for the manufacture of a container of this nature.
