摘要： A door is constructed for a refrigerated cabinet and includes an insulated glass IG unit of rectangular shape and a frame surrounding the unit. The frame is formed of a pair of horizontally disposed aluminum rails and a pair of vertically disposed plastic stiles. Each stile is secured at each end to a respective end of each of the rails by screws. Each rail and stile receives the insulated glass unit in a recessed manner. Full perimeter gasketing of the door is obtained by a vertical gasket on the stile on the hinged side of the door and a pair of horizontal seals on the cabinet opposite the rails of the door.

摘要： A door packing assembly can include a pallet having a plurality of frames positioned thereon. The plurality of frames define an interior area, and a plurality of doors are positioned onto the pallet within the interior area defined by the plurality of frames. In further instances, a door container component can be positioned onto the pallet and the plurality of doors can be positioned within the door container component. In this way, the door container component can have a perimeter surrounded by at least some of the plurality of frames.

摘要： The door is made with a triple-lite insulated glass unit and a frame of aluminum rails. The insulated glass unit has a stepped cross-section with the outer glass lite being larger than the inner glass lites. An opaque non-conductive ceramic frit forms a rectangularly shaped border to mask the mounting of the inner glass lite(s). An electrically conductive coating on the outer glass lite is insulated from the aluminum rails of the frame by a plastic strip disposed between the outer glass lite and each rail.

One embodiment of a rack assembly includes a support rack and a first support wedge positioned at the support rack. The first support wedge includes a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The first support wedge further includes a first surface extending between the first end and the second end as well as a second surface extending between the first end and the second end opposite the first surface. The second surface defines a plurality of support platform pairs. Each support platform pair includes a first platform at a first elevation relative to the first surface and a second platform at a second elevation relative to the first surface. The second elevation is different than the first elevation.

摘要： The sliding door assembly has a non-metallic frame formed of extrusions of solid cross-section and a pair of non-metallic sashes slidably disposed in the frame to move laterally between a closed position and an open position relative to frame. The floor of the sill extrusion is sloped rearwardly and longitudinally downwardly toward a notch to direct water thereto for draining out of the frame. The frame can be dropped into a commercial refrigeration cabinet and each sash is removably mounted in the frame.
