摘要： Disclosed is a method for generating a temporally threaded copyright management information watermark where fragile watermarks containing CMI are spread throughout a digital work temporally. In one embodiment of this invention, the copyright management information is divided into a multitude of copyright management information subparts; the copyright management subparts are applied to fragile sub-watermarks; and fragile watermarks are applied to temporally separated portions of the digital work.
