摘要： A protective insert for wires in a junction box is formed by a lockable cover having a frame with an opening and a pivotable cover for covering the opening. The frame is sized to rest on an inner lip of the box, which lip normally holds a lid for the box. The lid rests on the lockable cover. The cover may be pivoted open for access to wires in the junction box and may be pivoted closed, and locked, to protect the wires from theft or vandalism. The lockable cover is held down on the lip preferably by chains fixed to the frame with stakes fixed to a free end of the chains, and by pounding the stakes into the ground at the bottom of the box. In another embodiment, there is a lock. Further, the insert is anchored to the box by J-shaped hooks. In a further embodiment, the insert is anchored by an elongated rod with curled up ends, and may be set in concrete around the box.

摘要： In one embodiment, there are power floor boards for a motorcycle or other two or three wheeled open vehicle, that is capable of using foot rests, such as an ATV. Each power floorboard has a toe part and a heel part. The two parts move from a first position where they are essentially flat on top and fully retracted, to a second position where the toe pad is angled up with respect to the heel pad, and both the heel and toe pads are fully extended toward a front of the vehicle. The toe pad is on rails and moves forward by a worm gear. The rails are fixed to the vehicles footrest mounts. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the angular motion of the toe pad compared to the relatively linear or flat motion of the heel pad, is achieved by a pivotable connection of the toe pad to the heel pad, and an elongated, relatively S-shaped cam slot with a follower therein for driving the toe pad first to slowly incline, then to faster incline, and then to slowly incline.

摘要： A mixing body for diverting a portion of a liquid, e.g., water flow, into a cartridge of fertilizers, fungicides, hormones, pesticides or the like to form effluent. The effluent is reintroduced to the water flow and goes to a downstream sprinkler or application system. The cartridge, which may contain liquid concentrate, is inserted into the mixing body, which has inlet and outlet one way valves that puncture a sealing layer of the cartridge. The diluted effluent exits through the outlet one way valve and is thus delivered to the irrigation system. The amount of effluent can be regulated by a needle valve that controls the amount of effluent exiting the manifold. The mixing body has a locking system to securely hold the cartridge in place. There is also a plate to protect a user from the sharp inlet and outlet valves when the cartridge is removed.

摘要： A retractable U-shaped ladder assembly preferably for a craft such as a watercraft has a rotatably retractable ladder which is attached to the craft by brackets. A torsion spring is used to bias the ladder into its retracted position. While the ladder is in an in-use position, the ladder is locked into place against rotation by a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes a bent plate which presses against four rings that are fixed to a rod, which rod extends from each bracket. Each ring has a notch that is located in the same position. In the use position, the bent plate will fit into the notches of the rings and lock the step. When the user is finished using the ladder, the user can manually unlock the step by pressing the bent plate. The bent plate moves out of engagement with the notches in the rings, thereby allowing the torsion springs in the brackets to rotate the step to the retracted position. In another embodiment, the bent plate is formed as a U-shaped cover plate, and springs for retracting the ladder are positioned to the inside of the brackets. In a further embodiment, the cover plate is made of plastic and molded with two sleeves for pivotably mounting on pins. In addition, the rod is made of plastic and unitarily molded with the rings.

The lenticular top 22 is bonded at 26 to the top surface 14 of the guitar body 12 having apertures or cutouts 16, 18, 20 for the placement of guitar hardware. The present invention 10 forms a permanent lenticular guitar top 22 covering for the front surface 14 of an electric guitar 12 or an electric bass guitar. The lenticular guitar top 22 is installed in place of the common wooden guitar tops typically made from flame maple, curly maple, koa, etc. The lenticular guitar top 22 is permanently bonded at 26 to the body of the guitar 14 using glue or other such bonding material.
