摘要： Healthcare service providers and others may send claims for payment requesting remittance from insurance companies or patients. Such payments may be remitted through paper or electronic transactions. A financial institution may receive the payment and associated information and process the remittance depending on the remittance source and type. In addition, the institution may generate a single bill generated at a regular interval for the healthcare service provider for the services. The amount of the bill may be based on the volume of remittances.
