摘要： An improved controlled release dosage form for once-daily administration of carvedilol is described. The controlled release dosage form comprises a therapeutically effective amount of carvedilol and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; one or more hydrophilic polymers; one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients; and a polyoxyalkylene block copolymer, a solid dispersion of carvedilol and an extrusion material or a combination of a polyoxyalkylene block copolymer, a solid dispersion of carvedilol and an extrusion material.
