摘要： The present invention refers to medical devices. Particularly it relates to stent devices and balloon catheter devices. In the most particular aspect of the invention it relates to structures with at least two different lamellar sections used in such a medical device, especially in a balloon on a balloon catheter device carrying a stent comprising at least one layer with at least two lamellar sections different by their shore hardness and its use in a variety of medical procedures to treat medical conditions in animal and human patients.
