    摘要： A food peeler/slicing system permitting the orderly use or disposal of sliced, grated, or peeled food matter. The invention includes a handle, one or more caps, one or more blades, the blade in an embodiment being interchangeable, and one or more receptacle chambers, the chamber in an embodiment being removable. Sliced, grated, or peeled food mater is collected in the receptacle chamber for later use or disposal. The present invention discloses a variety of receptacle chamber shapes and a variety of caps which optionally may be utilized for zesting or grating food material.
