Abstract: A portable easel-type holder or stand for signs, panels, and similar structures, having a pair of strap members, for handling and transportation, near the top of the support, one pair of legs on a main frame member, and a second pair of legs on a folding prop member, giving a four-legged support. A complemental pivoted brace member which includes binding means is in cooperation with the main frame and prop braces the entire holder in its in-use position.
