摘要： A method including receiving data from an energy-consuming device; determining an amount of energy consumed by the device during a time interval; calculating an actual energy cost based on the determined amount of energy consumed by the device during the time interval; predicting an amount of energy that would have been consumed by the at least one device during the time interval if the at least one device were not associated with the energy management system; calculating a predicted energy cost based on the predicted amount of energy that would have been consumed by the at least one device during the time interval if the at least one device were not associated with the energy management system; and calculating a valuation of the energy management system for the at least one energy consuming device over the time interval by comparing the actual energy cost and the predicted energy cost.
