    摘要: A clamping seat includes a pipe seat, a movable clamp and a fixed clamp. The pipe seat includes an inner pipe space and an outer pipe space to insert the inner pipe and the outer pipe. The pipe seat includes a side opening beside the inner pipe space and a side space beside the outer pipe space. The movable clamp includes an arc block beside the side opening, and a screwing member pressing the arc block into the inner pipe space then to press and fix the inner pipe. The fixed clamp includes a clamping plate in the side space, and a tightening bolt pressing the pipe seat against the clamping plate, allowing the clamping plate to press the outer pipe.

    摘要: An assembling structure for a rod to be fixed or detached with a stand is provided, which includes an upper clamp element, a lower clamp element, and a bushing. The upper clamp element and the lower clamp element include an upper clamping space and a lower clamping space respectively. The shapes thereof correspond to the rod to tightly clamp the rod onto the stand. The lower clamp element includes a positioning structure that holds up the stand. The bushing is located between the upper clamp element and the stand body, so that the rod can be quickly pulled out from the upper and lower clamping space with less friction after the upper clamp element and the lower clamp element are loosened. When re-inserted, the rod is positioned through being held up by the positioning structure to meet the usage needs of fast withdrawal or positioning the rod.

    摘要: The invention discloses a steering joint for connecting a bottom pipe and a supporting pipe, which comprises a base, a rotary seat and a locking piece. The base comprises a sleeve portion connected with the bottom pipe and a first pivoting plate comprising a guide groove. The rotary seat comprises a clamp for clamping the supporting pipe and a second pivoting plate comprising a through hole. The first pivoting plate and the second pivoting plate are pivoted together at a pivoting point, when the first pivoting plate and the second pivoting plate rotate relatively, the through hole is kept align to the guide groove. The locking piece penetrates through the through hole and the guide groove and clamps and fixes the first pivoting plate and the second pivoting plate. Through that a certain distance exists between the locking piece and the pivoting point, the load carrying capacity is increased.

    摘要: The stand clamp with ease of force application comprises a fixed part, a movable part and a screwing-lock part. The movable part is pivotally coupled to the fixed part. The screwing-lock part includes a bolt, a pressing plate, a rotating rod and a resetting assembly, wherein two ends of the bolt are provided with a threaded section and a ratchet wheel section respectively. Further, the rotating rod slips with respect to the bolt to form a reset position and an actuating position. The resetting assembly is linked to the bolt and the rotating rod, such that the rotating rod is in the reset position under an ordinary state. In addition, the rotating rod can freely rotate with respect to the bolt at the actuating position. Therefore, an operator can freely change the position of the rotating rod and apply a force with a most suitable application angle.

    摘要: A fast-dismounted cymbal-locking nut being screwed through an outer thread of a mounting bolt of a cymbal to press the cymbal tightly and adjust the position of the cymbal, comprises a seat, a first wing, a second wing, and a resilience element. The first and second wings are pivotally coupled to the seat; each of them has a locking position and a fast-dismount position. The first and second wings respectively include first and second semi-spherical threaded grooves, which jointly form an inner thread corresponding to the outer thread at their locking positions. At the fast-dismount positions, the shortest distance between the first and second semi-spherical threaded grooves is larger than the outer diameter of the outer thread. The user can directly mount the nut to the outer thread without screwing the nut through the outer thread. The nut enables the user to fast mount or dismount a cymbal.

    摘要: A pedal beating apparatus for musical instruments comprises a pedal beating holder, an elevation adjustment tray and a clamp beam. The elevation adjustment tray is movable against the pedal beating holder and has an elevation difference curved surface. The pedal beating holder has a fulcrum member. The clamp beam hinged on the fulcrum member has a clamp end and a leaning end at two ends. A compression spring is interposed between the clamp beam and pedal beating holder and located between the clamp end and fulcrum member to allow the leaning end to move downward to contact the elevation difference curved surface. By moving the elevation adjustment tray, position of the leaning end contacting the elevation difference curved surface is adjusted to further drive the clamp end to move. Thus distance between the clamp end and clamp boss can be changed to rapidly clamp drum hoops with varying thicknesses.

The method for analyzing secretome of the present invention comprises the following steps: (A) collecting proteome secreted from a cell; (B) providing a purification gel, wherein the purification gel comprises a low-density layer, and a high-density layer, and the low-density layer is stacked on the high-density layer; (C) adding the proteome on the low-density layer, and separating the proteome through the low-density layer and the high-density layer of the purification gel; (D) collecting the separated proteome on the interface between the low-density layer and high-density layer, and tagging the separated proteome with a reagent after digestion; and (E) analyzing the separated proteome tagged with the reagent, and comparing an analysis result with a proteomic database.
