    摘要: This present disclosure relates to pharmaceutical compositions for treating tumors using a polymeric micelle encapsulating an anti-tumor drug. The polymeric micelle comprises block copolymers comprising at least one hydrophilic block, at least one hydrophobic block, and at least one zwitterion. The present disclosure also relates to methods of enhancing the solubility of such drugs, methods of increasing the blood circulating time of such drugs, and methods of delivering such drugs to one or more solid tumors.

    摘要: A method employs the addition of additive to increase the solubility of active ingredients in solution. Furthermore, a nanoparticle apparatus that uses inkjet dispenser is utilized to fabricate nanoparticles. The method comprises: (a) mixing a fenofibrate substance, an organic solvent and a solubility enhancing additive to form a saturated solution; and (b) spray-drying the saturated solution to form the nanoparticles containing fenofibrate, wherein the solubility enhancing additive comprises a surfactant or an excipient.
