The cerium halide is at least about 9 mol % of the halide component. At least one electrode (18, 20) is positioned within the discharge vessel so as to energize the fill when an electric current is applied thereto.

The trailer (14) comprises a component which is arranged to receive power from a power source (24) on the tractor (12) via a component power line which is arranged to be connected to the power source upon activation of the component. More specifically, it pertains to the use of machine vision systems to identify and correlate manufacturing defects occurring in formed food and beverage containers to specific manufacturing paths or sources of origin (e.g., body makers) used in the container forming process. The disclosed invention is enabled by the placement of a machine-readable code on specific portions of the can body during the forming process and the use of machine vision reading techniques.

The side support frame members 11 each having a rearwards extension which is cantilevered from the frame 2 to extend over the vehicle roof 16 and which is free from direct attachment to the vehicle roof. Preferably, the side support frame members 11 extend beyond the frame 2 by a distance less than about 30% of the distance between the front 3 and rear 4 edges of the frame.
