摘要： The disclosure relates to 1-p-aminoalkoxy phenyl-1-p-hydroxyphenyl-2-phenylalk-1-ene derivatives, processes for their manufacture and pharmaceutical compositions containing them. The compounds possess anti-oestrogenic activity and are useful in the treatment of anovulatory infertility and the breast tumors. Representative of the compounds disclosed is 1-(p-.beta.-dimethylaminoethoxyphenyl)-trans-1-p-hydroxyphenyl-2-p-tolylbut-1-ene.
