A controllable motor is connected with the barrier, the controllable motor is conformed to detect motion of the barrier such that movement of the barrier within a predetermined amount activates the motor to move the barrier and where movement of the barrier beyond the predetermined amount does not activate the motor such that the barrier remains where it is moved.

A shade with a first end and a second end is provided wherein the first end is connected with the shade roll and the second end is connected with a bottom bar. A header is connected with the shade roll and a folding rod is connected with the header such that the folding rod, when released from the header, folds the shade.
