摘要： Methods of treating, reducing, and/or preventing cancer metastasis to bone using CD68 blocking agents are provided. For example, the methods can be used to reduce breast cancer metastasis to bone. Also provided are methods of treating, reducing, and/or preventing bone resorption in a subject using CD68 blocking agents. For example, the methods can be used to treat osteoporosis.
