    摘要: A liquid pump dispenser with a discharge spout is rendered child-resistant by the provision of a hollow sleeve surrounding the pump body and engaging an upper wall of the closure cap with at least one lip at an upper end of the sleeve engaging an underside of the plunger head to immobilize the head against actuation. The sleeve is removed prior to dispensing as the lip is pulled or forced away from the head permitting upward movement of the sleeve in a direction rotatable about the head as the spout extends through a cutout in the sleeve whereafter the sleeve is slid along the spout and completely removed.
