Abstract:
A high shrinkage machine sewing thread comprising one or more high shrinkage yarns having a heat shrinkage factor of not less than 5% at a temperature of 100° C. in a dry state and one or more fuzzed yarns having fuzzes on the yarn surfaces, having the maximum heat shrinkage stress of 0.1 to 0.5 cN/dtex at a temperature of 100 to 150° C. in a dry state, and useful as a machine sewing thread for sewing buttons, a machine sewing thread for waterproof or windbreak products or the like, which need strong seam tightness and good durability.
Abstract:
A fiber fabric useful for flame-resistant garment is composed of yarns comprising a blend of 65 to 95% by weight of an aromatic polyamide fiber-containing fiber component with 5 to 40% by weight of a polyester fiber component; the aromatic polyamide fiber-containing fiber component comprising 50 to 100% by weight of aromatic polyamide fibers and 0 to 50% by weight of cellulose fibers and the fiber fabric having a limiting oxygen index of 26 or more.
Abstract:
A filament machine sewing thread comprising a spun combined filament yarn obtained by combining polyester filaments A having an intrinsic viscosity [&eegr;]F within the range of 0.7 to 1.2 with polyester filaments B having a lower intrinsic viscosity [&eegr;]F than that of the polyester filaments A by 0.2 to 0.7 and a higher elongation than that of the polyester filaments A in a spinning stage.
Abstract:
There is provided an electrodeposition coating apparatus for dipping a body into an electrodeposition coating liquid filled in an electrodeposition tank, which includes a first circulation system for causing a flow direction of the coating liquid in a surface area and an intermediate area through which the body passes in the electrodeposition tank to be opposite to a moving direction of the body, and a second circulation system for causing a flow direction of the coating liquid in a bottom area in the electrodeposition tank to be equal to the moving direction of the body.
