摘要： A vapor-emitting device according to various embodiments of the invention includes an end of use indicator to visually warn a user that it is nearing the time and/or has reached the time to replace the vapor-emitting device or refill the device. The vapor-emitting device includes a cover that is displaceable relative to a base. A gel material is contained within the base having disposed therein an end of use indicator. The end of use indicator is configured to visually indicate when the gel material evaporates below a pre-determined level.

摘要： A wick assembly for use in a container according to various embodiments includes a wick sustainer configured for placement in the container. A plurality of equally spaced wick carriers are coupled to the wick sustainer. A wax material is formed on an uppermost surface of the wick sustainer and includes a plurality of voids therein. A plurality of wicks are each positioned within one of the plurality of voids formed in the wax ring and coupled to one of the wick carriers. During use the wax material melts into a molten pool of wax contained in the container. To refill the container, the user simply replaces the used wick assembly with a new wick assembly that is configured for that particular container. The wick assembly does not need to be coupled to the container.

摘要： An air purification system and method of purifying air according to various embodiments of the invention includes an ambient air inlet and a purified air outlet for the passage there through of air via a transport line. At least one cleaning chamber configured to contain therein an aqueous solution containing a reactant medium is in fluidic communication with the transport line. The ambient air passes through the at least one cleaning chamber and bubbles through the aqueous solution reacting with the reactant medium contained therein to remove gaseous pollutants and/or particulates. To recharge the system, a user simply changes out the cleaning chamber when the reactant medium is no longer capable of reacting to remove the gaseous pollutants and/or particulates from air passing there through.
