摘要： An illuminated handbag assembly includes a personal item carrier including a housing having a bottom wall and a perimeter wall that is attached to and extends upwardly therefrom. The perimeter wall has an upper edge defining an opening extending into an interior of the housing. A handle is attached to the housing and a light emitter is mounted within the interior. A battery is mounted in the housing and is electrically coupled to the light emitter. A cellular phone charger is mounted within the housing and is electrically coupled to the battery for charging a cellular phone placed within the housing and placed in electrical communication with the cellular phone charger.
