摘要： An electrical connector includes an insulated housing (10) comprising an upper wall (110) and a lower wall (111) which cooperating to define a mating slot (170) therebetween; and a conductive shell (20) comprising an upper shielding wall (21) for shielding the upper wall, a lower shielding wall (22) for shielding the lower wall and a pair of joining portions (23) connecting lengthwise ends of front edges of the upper and lower shielding walls together; and a pair of bend portions integrally provided on the shell including an upper bend portion (261) and a lower bend portion (262) respectively extending the front edges of the upper and lower shielding walls. The bend portions are arranged to space clearances (27) to the joining portions, the clearances respectively extend from the mating slot toward the upper and lower shielding walls till the bend portion is separated from the joining portions absolutely.
