摘要： A soldified and particulated resin and a substantially solidified-state-maintained water are mixed with cement and after the mixing is finished, the solidified resin and water are liquefied and the cement is hydrated with the liquefied water. Since the resin maintains the solidified and particulated state and the water also maintains the solidified state during mixing, the mixing work of cement, water and resin is uniformly performed.
