摘要： A highly reliable rectifying device of a vehicle alternator capable of improving the vibration resistance of a diode. A connection lead 33d of a diode 33 included in a rectifying device includes a linear part 33f extended in parallel from a metallic base 33b, and a bent part 33g bent 90° or more substantially like an arc from the linear part 33f. The bending radius R of the bent part 33g is set to a value larger than a separation distance w in a horizontal direction between the terminal of the linear part 33f and the distal part of the connection lead 33d.

摘要： Provided is a vehicle AC generator that further enhances safety at the time of a vehicle collision, without resorting to changes in material or changes in overall thickness. A vehicle AC generator 50 has: a rotor 5 provided on a shaft 4; a stator 10 disposed so as to oppose the rotor; a rectifier 12 rectifying current generated in the stator; a regulator 13 adjusting voltage generated in the stator; and a resin cover 14 covering the rectifier. A partitioning section 15 is integrally formed on the inner side of the resin cover. The partitioning section extends in the peripheral direction and rises in the axial direction of the shaft.

摘要： A rotating electrical machine for a vehicle includes a protective cover including a protruding portion projected to an opening side from a circumferential edge portion of a through hole formed in a bottom portion, a stud bolt that is inserted into the through hole to fix a rectifier to a portion of a casing at a position on one side in an axial direction, a mold resin including a projecting portion projected toward the protective cover, for electrically insulating the rectifier and the stud bolt from each other, and a fitting fixed to an extending portion of the stud bolt that extends from the through hole. A harness clamp is held by the fitting, and the projecting portion and the protruding portion are arranged at a position so that the projecting portion and the protruding portion are overlapped with each other in the axial direction of the stud bolt.
