According to the invention, a vibrating funnel (50) with a vibration generator (52) is provided above the charging opening (5) of the rotor (3).

    摘要: According to the invention, a method for the continuous gravimetric metering of flowing materials for burner systems, in which the instantaneous mass flow is determined and metering occurs by means of a metering unit (8), can be achieved by means of determination of the type of flowing material. The instantaneous heat output for the flowing material is determined from the type of flowing material and the heat capacity thereof and the mass flow determination. The output from the metering device (8) is regulated to match the set feed rate, depending on the instantaneous heat output. Also disclosed is a corresponding device (1), for the continuous gravimetric metering of flowing materials for burner systems (40), comprising a metering unit (8), by means of which the flowing material can be metered. Also provided is a material recognition system (20), for determining the type of the flowing material, an arithmetic unit (30), for determining the instantaneous heat output of the flowing material and a metering controller (10), by means of which the output from the metering unit (8) is regulated to match the set feed rate, depending on the instantaneous heat output.

Said housing (2) comprises a charging station and a discharging station for the pourable material, which are connected to the inlet/outlet (4, 5) of a pneumatic conveyor system. The housing (2) is connected to a force metering device which detects the momentary load generated on the metering rotor (1) by the conveyed material. The inlet and outlet of the pneumatic conveyor system are connected to the bottom of the housing (2). In order to build the inventive device in a compact manner while reducing the assembly requirements and improving flow guidance, the flow from the inlet (4) to the outlet (5) is deflected within the upper area of the housing (2).
