摘要: Disclosed herein are a method, an apparatus, and a storage medium for image encoding/decoding using geometric partitioning. A target block may be geometrically partitioned, and multiple partitioned regions may be generated from geometric partitioning. Each partitioned region may have a non-square and a non-rectangular shape. Different prediction schemes may be applied to different partitioned regions. The different prediction schemes for multiple partitioned regions may be signaled as explicit information, and may be derived using information about a coding parameter for the target block or the like.

摘要: Disclosed are a multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) formed using arc discharge and a method for manufacturing the same. The carbon source of the anode and boron that is the doping source, are evaporated through arc discharge and then deposited on the surface of the cathode to form MWCNTs, and boron is evenly distributed in the multi-walls of the MWCNTs. Therefore, the outer diameter of the MWCNT is reduced, high thermal stability is secured, and the effect of improving the field emission characteristics can be obtained.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method of embedding a watermark on a Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) image. The method includes: performing an entropy decoding on the JPEG image to generate quantized discrete cosine transform (DCT) coefficients; determining target bits in a bit plane of the quantized DCT coefficients on the basis of a watermark-embedding table (WET); and embedding a watermark based on metadata of the JPEG image in the target bits. Also, the present disclosure provides a method of verifying integrity of the image by using the embedded watermark.

An intra-prediction mode may be derived using a method for deriving an intra-prediction mode based on a neighbor block of the target block, a method for deriving an intra-prediction mode using signaling of the intra-prediction mode of the target block, or a method for deriving an adaptive intra-prediction mode based on the type of a target slice. An MPM list may be used to derive the intra-prediction mode, and a temporal neighbor block or the like may be used to configure the MPM list.

摘要: Provided are a silicon oxide-carbon composite, a method of preparing the same, and an energy storage device containing the same. In the method of preparing a silicon oxide-carbon composite, a reaction solution containing an organic solvent including an aromatic compound is provided. Crystalline carbon structures are formed by generating plasma in the reaction solution. A slurry is formed by adding silicon halide and a polyol in the reaction solution in which the crystalline carbon structures are dispersed. The slurry is separated from the organic solvent and subjected to thermal treatment.
