摘要： A method includes identifying and prioritizing goals and objectives for an information technology project in a healthcare environment. A governance group is selected to serve as a decision maker throughout the technology project. The identified and prioritized goals are used as a basis for developing a project plan and deciding upon desired outcomes for the technology project. Predefined process flows are associated with the project plan. Optimal scenarios for the predefined process flows are presented to the governance group at a decision meeting. A process flow is decided upon and the project plan is implemented.
