摘要： Method of forming a cartridge chamber in the bore of a firearm barrel, which comprises driving into the bore of the barrel from the butt end thereof a mandrel of the surface configuration of the peripheral wall and mouth of the cartridge chamber, whereby the bore metal is squeezed into close form-fit with the mandrel, and then retracting the mandrel from the barrel bore.
