摘要： A website for marketing real estate or products relating to real estate includes personal webspaces for users. Assigned user roles determine which capabilities they may configure into their webspaces. Users may communicate with each other and with merchants, e.g., by sharing webspaces or by dialogs. Merchants may send product information only certain users in response to users' expressed or inferred desires. Collected product and user data may be used to calculate propensities of individual users, marketability of individual products, or market trends.
