摘要： Disclosed herein is a hydrogel composition comprising a polymer covalently linked to glutathione (GSH). Also disclosed herein is a method for providing localized delivery of one or more agents in a subject suffering from a disease. The method comprises administering to the subject a GST/GSH affinity hydrogel comprising a therapeutically effective amount of the one or more agents.
