摘要： A storing apparatus of a rearmost seat for a multipurpose vehicle may include a storage space provided under a floor panel, wherein the rearmost seat may be selectively stored in the storage space, and wherein the rearmost sear includes a plurality of links disposed to pivotally connect the rearmost seat with the storage space to implement a storage mode in which the seat may be moved down and received in the storage space and a sitting mode in which the seat may be drawn upward out of the storage space.
