摘要： In connection with the tumbling of the bodies of killed furred animals, a tumbler (2) has a cavity (21) between A filling opening (20) and A delivery opening (26) that is divided into a number of sections (30, 32) to which the bodies are transferred by a conveyor unit (36) that extends through the tumbler (2), combined with a discharge/recycling arrangement (28) for individual and controlled discharge of the bodies from the tumbler. The conveyor unit (36) also has a bottom section with a worm conveyor for recirculation of the supply of sawdust to the respective sections. The tumbler (2) can be emptied and filled without having to stop operations, and is suitable for use for tumbling of pelts with the leather side outermost or with the fur side outermost, so that the tumbler replaces two or three tumblers which normally are found in a pelt processing plant.

摘要： In connection with the non-destructive stretching and fastening of pelts (2) on distention elements/pelt boards (4), where the pelt is stretched and fastened in the stretched position during the drying process by means of a fixing bag, it has shown that the pelts give way (shrink) on each side of the tail root of the pelt, with the result that use is made of a number of staples for the fastening of these places on the stretched pelt. Since it is not at all desirable to use staples, a development of the pelt boards (4) has taken place, so that these have an arched extent around two transverse axes in relation to their longitudinal axes. Moreover, it has long been desirable to be able to stretch the pelts to a greater degree, which has not been possible with the use of the known stretching machines. This development has led to the development of a method and a stretching machine for the execution of the method, where the gripping elements are configured to correspond with the shape of the pelt board, and where the pelt is engaged by the gripping elements along the whole of the lower periphery of the pelt, so that the counter-hold force in the pelt is distributed over the whole periphery of the pelt, whereby the pelt can be stretched to a greater degree without any damage to the pelt in the areas of engagement for the gripping elements.

摘要： A method, a system and a pelt board for the drying of the leather side of pelts from furred animals, in which the pelt board is a hollow distension element, the surface of which has an open structure. The the leather side is dried by changing the air within the distension element. The distension element is is lockable in a position in which it has a first circumference, and can also assume a position or be force controlled to a position in which it has a circumference which is smaller than the first, which results in a considerably easier removal of the pelt from the pelt board. A quicker, more uniform and more effective drying of the pelts is achieved, so that “black spots” on the leather side are avoided, and the pelt is fixed in its stretched position on the pelt board without the use of clips/staples.

摘要： When stacking stackable items (10) in layers (8) on pallets (12), intermediate layers (2) of paper/cardboard/film are often used for preventing loss of the items during transport. Even though the intermediate layers ensure to a large extent that items do not fall off the pallet, it cannot be entirely prevented that some of the stacked items fall off because the stacked items are sliding on the intermediate layers. Special intermediate layers (2) are known, having a surface coated with non-skid coating (28) which highly counteracts the unwanted sliding of the items in the layers (8) stacked on a pallet. However, the laying of intermediate layers with non-skid surfaces constitutes a problem as the individual pieces of intermediate layer will adhere to each other when the surfaces of the pieces are provided with non-skid coating. Thus there is provided a method and a sheet dispenser where pieces of intermediate layers (2) are successively dispensed, and where these layers (2) are coated with non-skid coating during dispensing.

摘要： In connection with the various working operations in the production of furs, a not inconsiderable amount of manual labor is involved in the handling of the pelt boards or expansion pelt boards between the various work processes. To make the production of furs more profitable, manual labor is reduced to a minimum using a device for performing a complete or partial emptying/filling of a drying aggregate for upstanding expansion pelt boards, with or without tanned, or tanned and dried pelts, to one or more suitable receiving stations for further transport and/or handling. The device has a gripping element which can be activated for displacement, the movements of which are controlled by a control unit so that upstanding expansion pelt boards with or without tanned, dried pelts, are transferred automatically in upstanding position from the surface of the drying aggregate to a receiving point for further handling and transport.
