摘要： An apparatus is provided for suppressing spark damage to components of a solenoid operated valve assembly. The assembly may include a solenoid having a solenoid coil and an armature movable under the influence of the solenoid coil. A valve member may be operably connected to the armature and configured to selectively contact a valve seat. An element may be associated with the solenoid operated valve assembly and configured to suppress spark discharge between two or more of the components of the valve assembly.
