摘要： The invention demonstrates the application of an artemisinin derivative and its pharmaceutical salt. The artemisinin derivatives diarteether amine and its pharmaceutical salt inhibit the proliferation of leukemic cells, block the cell cycle of leukemic cells and induce the apoptosis of leukemic cells. Artemisinin derivatives of the present invention and its pharmaceutical salt can be used for the preparation of anti-leukemia medicines, especially for treatment of acute leukemia and, what's more, for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia.
