摘要: Micro-leaks are detected by means of a sniffer device including, in an original manner, a flat suction capsule (11) with divergent channels where the flow is regular, a resonant optical cavity (15) as a means of detection and a pump (16) with a low flow rate, which is insufficient to create a vacuum which would be required with other means of detection. Much fainter micro-leaks can be detected.
