摘要： Synchronized video playback among multiple users across a network provides a fully social experience where people in different locations may be enabled to watch the same video in a “virtual living room.” The users may be represented graphically, as avatars, in front of the video, and may be enabled to use animations, text chat, and voice chat to interact with each other. Thus, a group of people may be enabled to share the experience of watching a video together as if they were in the same room, without being physically present together.
