摘要： 2-Oxo-phenylbutanoic acid derivatives of the general formula (I) ##STR1## wherein X is amino, hydroxy or lower alkoxy, which have an anti-inflammatory activity and low toxicity, a method for the production of the said derivatives, a pharmaceutical composition containing a therapeutically effective amount of at least one compound of the said derivatives, and the use of such compounds and compositions in therapeutics.
