摘要： An electrolytic solution for an electrolytic capacitor includes an organic solvent, an additive dissolved in the organic solvent, and an electrolyte. The additive is made of at least one of borates represented by one of formula (1), formula (2), and formula (3). The electrolyte is phthalic acid 1,2,3,4-tetramethylimidazolynium. Here the terminal is CH3 or H, each of R1, R2, and R3 is one of —CH2O—, —C2H4O—, —C3H6O—, and —C4H8O—, and each of k, l, m, and n is any natural number.
