    摘要: In a device for detecting errors in a charging line, the device detects an error in the charging line connecting the vehicle generator and an on-board battery. The device includes a bias circuit, a charging line error detecting means, and a warning means. The bias circuit biases a voltage of an external terminal receiving the power generation instruction signal in the vehicle power generation controller with a voltage of an output terminal of the vehicle generator. The charging line error detecting means detects the error in the charging line based on a voltage of an output terminal of the power generation instructing means that is provided within the external controller and generates the power generation instruction signal and a terminal voltage of the on-board battery. When the charging line error detecting means detects the error in the charging line, the warning means performs a warning operation to give notification of the error.

    摘要: In a power-generation control device, a voltage regulating unit regulates an output voltage of a power generator to a preset target level. When at least one of a plurality of types of abnormalities occurs in the power generator, an abnormality detector detects the at least one of the plurality of types of abnormalities occurred in the power generator. The abnormality detector allows detection of the plurality of types of abnormalities that are possible to occur in the power generator. A transmitter creates an alarm signal to thereby transmit, to an external device, the alarm signal. The alarm signal includes information indicative of the at least one of the plurality of types of abnormalities detected by the abnormality detector.

    摘要: A three-wave rectifying unit of an AC generator has a plus-side cooling fin, a minus-side cooling fin and a DC-output terminal. The DC-output terminal is made of a metal plate which is harder than the plus-side cooling fin to provide tight mechanical connection. The DC-output terminal, the plus-side cooling fin, a plus-side brush terminal and a plus-side terminal of a voltage regulator are fastened together and electrically connected by a screw which is screwed into a portion of the DC-output terminal.

    摘要: In a rotary electric machine with a stator elastic support structure, conductor segments of a stator winding, each which is formed into an approximate U-shape, are inserted into slots of a stator core in such a manner that leg parts of each conductor segment penetrate through the slots from one end of the stator core to the other end thereof and are connected at top ends. Further, the conductor segments are arranged to have a predetermined clearance between adjacent two thereof at both coil ends of the stator winding, and a cooling fan is disposed so that air is blown toward the clearances of the conductor segments. Accordingly, when the stator core is supported in a frame through an elastic member, a magnetic noise can be reduced while it can effectively prevent heat deterioration of the elastic member due to heat radiated from the stator core and the stator winding, in low cost.
