摘要： The present invention provides pharmaceutical compositions. In one aspect, a pharmaceutical composition is provided having a plurality of polymeric film layers heat sealed together as a multilayer structure and having an active agent dispersed within the multilayer structure. The multilayer structure is configured to release the active agent upon administration to a subject, either in a controlled release or immediate release manner.
