An intelligent communication agent [120] monitors the conversation for at least one keyword. In response to detecting the at least one keyword, the intelligent communication agent performs a search for multimedia content corresponding to the at least one keyword and retrieves the multimedia content. A logic engine [135] determines relevant content of the multimedia content based on at least one of a conversation profile and at least one user profile for at least one of a user of the first communication device and at least a second user of the at least a second communication device. A transmission element [130] transmits the relevant content to at least one of the first communication device, the at least a second communication device, and a predetermined multimedia device [145].

A wireless communication system (102) wirelessly transmits an emergency alert system (EAS) alert message to a wireless device (120, 122). The wireless communication system (102) also wirelessly transmits an augmented EAS alert message to the wireless device (120, 122). The augmented EAS alert message includes auxiliary information that provides information to the wireless device (120, 122) to direct a user of the wireless device (120, 122) to move at least one of toward a safe zone (150) and away from a danger zone (158). The auxiliary information in the augmented EAS alert message is optionally adjusted based on any combination of: the location of the wireless device, the safe zone, and the danger zone, and the logistics of a vicinity affected by the danger zone.
