摘要： A three-dimensional map distribution server device stores shape data for structures drawn on a ground to generate a three-dimensional map image, and, in the first place, transmits to a client PC a list which includes shape data for structures in a district and has position information of the district or of the structures. The client PC selects shape data required for the display based on the position information in the list, and transmits a transmission request for the selected shape data to the three-dimensional map distribution server device. When receiving the request, the three-dimensional map distribution server device responds and transmits to the client PC the requested shape data.
