摘要： The present invention broadly provides a theft-resistant guard (20) for a roll-up door lock mechanism (21). The improvement broadly comprises: the guard (20) being non-removably mounted on the lock mechanism (21) for movement with the handle (29). The guard has a proximal marginal end portion (34) arranged to partially embrace the pivotal connection between the latch cam (24) and plate (23), has an intermediate portion (35) adapted to partially embrace the handle, and has a distal marginal end portion (36) adapted to partially embrace the hold-closed keeper (32) when the handle is in the closed position, such that the guard may not be readily removed from the lock mechanism.

摘要： The present invention provides an improved hold-open device (50) for holding a roll-up door (55, 56) in an overhead out-of-the-way position in a body, the door being mounted for movement within a track (51) having a vertical portion (52), an arcuate portion (53) and a horizontal portion (54). The improved device broadly includes: a plate (62) mounted on one of the track and cargo body; an arm (63) pivotally mounted on the plate; a striker (64) mounted on the door, the striker having an inclined surface (79) and an abutment surface (80); a stop (70) mounted on the arm, the stop having an edge (87) adapted to selectively engage the striker surfaces; and at least one spring (25) urging the arm to move such that the edge will engage one of the striker surfaces.

摘要： This invention provides improved lightweight reinforced roll-up door panels (20) The improvement includes: the panel being formed of an extruded plastic material, such as EX75 Resin ABS, and having upper and lower longitudinal edges (25, 31); the panel having an outer skin (22) and an inner skin (22) spaced from said outer skin; at least one pocket (24) positioned between the skins; and an insert (28) positioned within the pocket. The insert is so configured and arranged as to resist flexural deformation of said panel.
