摘要: A method for detecting degradation of resin film detects whether a resin coated rope having a circumferential portion coated with resin film has the resin film degraded. The method for detecting degradation of resin film includes: winding a wire on a circumferential portion of the resin coated rope; applying tension to the wire to compress the resin film in a radial direction of the resin coated rope; and comparing a first relationship with a second relationship to determine how the resin film is degraded, the first relationship indicating a relationship between the tension of the wire and how much amount the resin film has compressed, as obtained in the applying, the second relationship indicating a relationship between the tension of the wire and how much amount the resin film has compressed, as predetermined as a reference.

摘要: A wedge-type rope fastening device for an elevator includes: a socket including a through hole formed therethrough, the through hole including a first inner wall surface and a second inner wall surface inclined with respect to the first inner wall surface; and a wedge around which a rope is looped, the wedge including a first outer wall surface and a second outer wall surface inclined with respect to the first outer wall surface, the rope being sandwiched between the first inner wall surface and the first outer wall surface and between the second inner wall surface and the second outer wall surface. An inclination angle of the second outer wall surface relative to the first outer wall surface is larger than an inclination angle of the second inner wall surface relative to the first inner wall surface.

摘要: A wire rope flaw detector that is capable of accommodating a plurality of wire rope diameters and is inexpensive includes at least two magnetic sensor units that are integrated with a magnetizer and include planer coils placed opposite to each other with a magnetic circuit generated by the magnetizer in between, in the direction almost parallel to the magnetic circuit in a predetermined section of a wire rope. The detector further includes an adjuster capable of changing the distance between the at least two magnetic sensor units depending on the diameter of the wire rope.
