Abstract: A stroller is provided having a stroller frame supported on at least one wheel and a handle. A child seat is supported by the stroller frame, and includes a seatback connected to a seating surface that extends forward from the seatback. The stroller includes a recline mechanism that is operable to move the seatback between a first position and a second position reclined relative to the first position. The recline mechanism includes a tension carrying member having a tension that applies a force to the seatback between the first and second positions.
