摘要： An image forming apparatus capable of obviating a defective image ascribable to image transfer and an image forming unit therefor are disclosed. A nonconductive sheet member is affixed to the surface of a conductive sheet member which will face a paper or similar recording medium, and protects the paper from the influence of a bias applied to the conductive sheet member. The paper is therefore free from a charge different in polarity from a transfer bias, so that toner is prevented from scattering toward the paper.

摘要： A developing unit includes a housing frame containing toner and having an opening; a developing roller rotatably mounted on the housing frame so as to face the opening of the housing frame; a thin blade which is in contact with a surface of the developing roller and scrapes off the toner adhered to the surface of the developing roller so that a thin toner layer is formed on the surface of the developing roller, the toner being supplied from the thin toner layer to a photosensitive belt: and a sealing sheet for sealing a continuous gap formed of a first gap between each end of the developing roller and the housing frame and a second gap between each end of the thin blade and the housing frame, the sealing sheet being divided into a first sealing sheet for sealing the first gap and a second sealing sheet for sealing the second gap.

摘要： A sealing member for sealing an opening of a container is provided with a sealing face facing contents in the container. This sealing face is formed into a shape without being externally exposing during an unsealing operation of the sealing member. The container can include the opening sealed with the sealing member, and a seal taking-out hole for taking out the sealing member when the opening is unsealed. A sealing member can include a leader for pinching the sealing member when the sealing member is peeled off from the container, and the leader can be inserted through the seal taking-out hole so that an opening sealing-face of the sealing member is bent inside when the unsealing operation of the sealing member is performed. A convex protrusion having a shape such that a face of the sealing member can be bent can be mounted on the seal taking-out hole. The sealing member for sealing an opening of the container can be formed into a cylindrical shape with a flexible material, and a part of an outer peripheral face of the sealing member seals the opening.
