摘要: An apparatus for oxygen sensing is provided. The apparatus for oxygen sensing includes: a header part to generate interference wave to light generated in a light source by the principle of fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer; and an optical spectrum analyzer to decide existence of oxygen based on change of spectrum periodicity of the above interference wave, in which the header part includes a sensing material of which effective refractive index changes by combination with the oxygen and the above interference wave changes its spectrum periodicity depending on change of effective refractive index of the above sensing material.
